“Everyone has the power inside themselves to heal; sometimes you just need a bit of external help to guide you.”
Rebecca has always been fascinated by how the body and mind are connected combined with the love for helping people, and she knew that massage therapy was her calling. Working with the muscles and emotions so interchangeably has really transformed her career and her patients overall health.
She believes that everyone has the power within them to heal, and sometimes you need a bit of external help and guidance to get you there. Not only does massage help heal the physical trauma, it can also help release emotional connections that are attached to the muscles. Emotions get stuck in the muscles so often times when a muscle gets released an emotion does too.
Specializing in deep tissue massage as well as certified in pregnancy massage, Rebecca is always up for a challenge. Whether you’re dealing with TMJ, frozen shoulder, low back or hip issues or plantar fasciitis there is no sports injury to big or to small she is willing to work on with you.
